These Terms govern the use of the PayRoad conversational platform (“PayRoad”, “we”, “us”). By using PayRoad, you agree to these Terms.
The PayRoad balance is a closed-loop stored value. Users may only spend funds within PayRoad with approved merchants and services. Cash-out, withdrawal, or transfer of funds to financial institutions is not permitted.
Balance may be added through supported funding methods, including cash deposits via authorized U.S. retail locations (when available). Funding providers may require identity verification.
Funds may be used for bill payments, digital services, and merchant purchases within PayRoad. Person-to-person balance transfers remain internal ledger adjustments and do not constitute money transmission.
PayRoad may charge service fees disclosed during each transaction.
Users must provide accurate information and use PayRoad for lawful purposes.
Users may not: withdraw funds; conduct remittances; send funds to banks; engage in fraud; or misuse the platform.
